Case
On March 26, 2007, the nude, decomposing body of a white female infant was found in the Buffalo Slough of the Mississippi River at the Treasure Island Marina at Slip 36, Dock C. The infant had no congenital abnormalities.
She was estimated to have died and been thrown in the water a few weeks after. The date of death ranges around August 31, 2006 to February 28, 2007. Her eye color could not ascertained due to decomposition. Foul play is suspected in her case.
