Autauga County Jane Doe was a woman whose skeletal remains were found in a root cellar in 1986.
Case[]
The victim was discovered in one of three root cellars on a property in Marbury, Alabama by children who were having a birthday party at the time. It is believed she was there at least 5-6 years prior to her discovery.
The victim had three gunshot wounds to the head. Three bullets and a spent shell casing were additionally also found in the cellar.
