William Walter "BB" Brooks Jr. (Born August 6, 1975) was a teenager who disappeared while on probation.
Characteristics
BB is described to have brown hair and brown eyes. He has scars on his knees, hands, chin, right shoulder, and left finger. He also has skin discolorations on his shoulders and chest. BB has acne scars and a dimple on his right cheek. Six of his teeth have fillings.
BB was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black and purple t-shirt with an imprinted design, black baggy pants, and black and purple sneakers. He wears eyeglasses and has his left earlobe pierced.

Case
BB was last seen leaving his father's residence in Frederick, Maryland. He was scheduled to see his probation officer that day, but failed to show up at the appointment.
Authorities suspect BB had altercations with gang members before he vanished. He might've feared consequences. It's possible BB traveled to Hagerstown, Maryland or New York state after he went missing.
