Bianca Noel Piper was a teenage girl who disappeared in Foley, Missouri in 2005.
Per recommendations from her therapist, Piper was dropped off a mile from her residence, by her mother, as a way to manage her anger.
After she failed to arrive, it was initially thought she had gotten lost and died from the low temperatures. Despite this, her body was not found in the area, and it was then believed a kidnapping had taken place.
No members of her family are suspected, although some believe she may have been a victim of Michael J. Devlin, who is also a person of interest in the Charles "Arlin" Hendrickson case.
