On August 16, 2019, the female driver of the truck where the decedant was found in, was driving from Wayne County to a Niagara County campground. She had made one stop in Monroe County along the trip.
She stopped at the Tops in Lockport to pickup groceries and discovered the body while loading the truck with groceries.
The decedant was found unresponsive in the back of a truck. The driver was unaware about the body in the back while driving across the state. It's unclear how he came in the truck.
The decedant was a migrant worker in Wayne County, New York on a farm. It was reported that he previously worked in Indiana as a migrant worker, and is originally from Mexico.
