Broward County John Doe was a man found in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on July 10, 2005.
Case
The victim was found floating off the jetty at the marine entrance to Port Everglades in the aftermath of Hurricane Dennis, a Category 4 hurricane that killed 88 people, including this victim, across the southeastern US seabord and the Caribbean.
Characteristics
- Black, one-inch wavy hair.
- Black and gray beard and mustache, described as short and scruffy.
- Dark-colored eyes.
- No scars or tattoos.
Clothing and accessories
- Speedo-style, yellow swimsuit with dark trim. The seams and drawstring of the swimsuit were all hand-stitched, so he might've been Cuban in origin.
