Broward County John Doe was the remains of a man found on the side of the Homestead Extension of the Florida Turnpike in Miramar, Florida. Narcotic paraphernalia was found in his pocket. His body was found wrapped in a garbage bag and tied with an anchor, suggesting foul play.
