David Glen Waue (December 19, 1986 - September 4, 2018) was a man who was found deceased inside an empty apartment in Chicago, Illinois, in 2018.
He was identified in 2019.
Case[]
His family reported him missing when he disappeared. However, the morgue initially misidentified his body as the body of a 45-year-old Black man, and the missing person's report was not connected to his discovery at first.
After the family hired a private investigator to locate him, he was identified in early 2019 based on his distinctive tattoos. His identity was released publicly in September 2019.
