Wilbur Allen Grant was a man found in the Ohio River in Daviess County, Kentucky. He had been shot in the head and there was evidence the killer had also attempted to strangle him.
His body was found alongside a woman named Sarah Ipock, whose throat had been cut. It is believed they were murdered at the same time.
He was identified with assistance from Othram in 2023.
