Las Vegas Jane Doe was a woman who Samuel Little confessed to killing in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993. As of December 2021, she is his only Nevada victim whose remains have not been located or linked to an existing unidentified person case.

Case[]

In 2018, Samuel Little confessed to killing a woman in Las Vegas in 1993. As he was driving through Las Vegas to get to Los Angeles, California, he met the victim at Owens Avenue or Jackson Street in what he referred as the "black section." He said the woman looked like an "old housewife" and believed she was a drug addicted prostitute because otherwise "she wouldn't have been out there." He also remembered meeting her son, a black male who was 19-23 years old who was standing next to her.

Little and the woman drove to a motel where he strangled her to death. He then placed her in his car, a 1978 yellow Cadillac Eldorado, and drove to the outskirts of Las Vegas on Highway 95 (the Veterans Memorial Highway) towards Searchlight, Nevada. He then pulled off a remote road and rolled the victim down the slope. He tossed her clothes further down the road.

Between 1970-2005, Little killed up to 90 women, many of whom were involved in drugs and/or prostitution. He was convicted of eight murders in three states and linked to 61 additional murders. While this victim's body has not been recovered or confirmed, all of Little's confessions are considered credible. The investigation into his crimes is ongoing despite his death on December 30, 2020.
