Francine Marie Trimble (September 27, 1964 - December 1978) was a teenager whose skeletal remains were found in Willits, California with her friend's remains, Kerry Graham. The pair were identified in 2015; the announcement was made in 2016.
Case
Graham and Trimble were erroneously listed to have disappeared in 1979, when they had actually vanished the year before. As a result, they were not compared to the unidentified victims until this was corrected.
Neither victim's death cause could be determined, but both were bound in plastic and duct tape, indicating homicide. They were both identified in 2015.
Investigators suspect the teens may have fallen victim to Rodney Alcala or another serial killer.
