Frank was a former police officer for the Army in Camp Atterbury, Indiana. His last employment was at the Allison Plant Division for General Motors in Indianapolis.
Conlon was believed to have been abducted from his residence in Nashville, Indiana. Foul play is suspected, and investigators believe he was killed within the state at a secondary location.
