Frederick Moore is the possible name of a man found by a Lamar Outdoor Advertising employee working on a billboard in a wooded area south of Nine Mile Road, east of the junction of Davis Highway, near Pensacola, Florida on July 15, 1991.
Police had encountered a man fitting the victim's description and property the previous August, who stated his name was "Frederick Lee Moore" who was born on May 13, 1939 and was from Pennsylvania.
