She was identified in February 2020 by the DNA Doe Project.

Background

Ginger Bibb was born on May 7, 1958, possibly somewhere in Texas. She graduated from Perrytown High School in Perryton, Texas, in May of 1976. She lived in Irving, Texas, from March 1993 - November 1996, and Dallas, Texas, from November 1996-February 2001. She also appeared o have lived in North Lauderdale and Pompano Beach in Florida at one point. She would live in Glendale, Arizona from then until 2003, when it appears she vanished. Websleuths were able to get onto her records and it appears she has a criminal record. She was a narcotics user and had numerous court orders against her, along with an arrest warrant filed against her.

Case

Exactly how Bibb vanished is unknown, but her skeletal remains were discovered inside a rolled-up carpet on the side of the road near 43rd Avenue and Baseline Road in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. Not much is known about her disappearance but a flyer released by the Silent Witness program states that she was murdered.
