Harris County Jane Doe was a woman whose severed head was discovered in a plastic bag near Lake Houston in 2018. Her case is possibly related to Cameron Parish Jane Doe.
- Shoulder length hair dyed a reddish-brown with four inches of dark roots.
- Eye color couldn't be confirmed due to decomposition, but it's believed her eyes were most likely brown.
- "Rotated" or "winged" teeth on both sets of teeth. It would've been noticeable to anyone who knew her.
- She had permanent makeup on her eyebrows and upper eyelid.
