Ivy went missing alongside her sister Violet Matory, her half-sister Yolanda Williams, and Sir-Kristopher Marshall when their house was set on fire early in the morning.
The guardian at the house was found strangled to death. The main suspect in their disappearances and presumed murder is now deceased.
The other children have never been located.
