Kat was a young woman Samuel Little confessed to killing in 1974 in Savannah, Georgia. Her remains have not been recovered or linked to an existing unidentified person case.
In 2018, Samuel Little confessed to possibly killing a woman in Savannah, Georgia in 1974. He said her name was "Kat" and they had sex in a car on Montgomery Street. He then strangled her and left her nude body on a grassy area next to the street and circled the area when other people arrived. "Kat" apparently also lived with another black female who sniffed snuff, a smokeless tobacco. Little is actually not sure if he killed her, but he knows for sure he left her unconscious.
Between 1970-2005, Little killed up to 90 women who were involved in drugs or prostitution. He has been convicted of eight murders in three states and linked to sixty-one additional murders. While this victim’s body has not been recovered or confirmed, all of Little’s confessions are considered credible. The investigation into Little’s crimes are ongoing.
