Knox County Jane Doe was a woman Samuel Little confessed to killing in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1974.

In 2018, Samuel Little confessed to killing a woman in Knoxville during September to October 1974, or at least six to eight weeks before he murdered another Knoxville woman named Martha Cunningham on New Year's Eve 1974. He said the victim before Cunningham was a "chubby" prostitute he picked up in the vicinity of Magnolia Avenue, maybe near the old Circle Inn Tavern. He then strangled her and dumped her a few blocks away in an overgrown gully.

Between 1970-2005, Little killed up to 90 women who were involved in drugs or prostitution. He has been convicted of eight murders in three states and linked to sixty-one additional murders. While this victim’s body has not been recovered or confirmed, all of Little’s confessions are considered credible. The investigation into Little's crimes are ongoing.
