L.V. Bailey was a man who died in a hospital after collapsing at work in Arizona. He was identified via DNA in 2017.

Disappearance

L.V. was reported missing from Casa Grande, Arizona in July 1982. He was first reported missing by his girlfriend, then later by his relatives after traveling from Alabama to Arizona. The circumstances of his disappearance are unknown, but he left behind his wallet.

Case

L.V. ended up at Dell Vance Farms in Casa Grande and was hired to work at the farm. He presented himself as Levis Bailey, a name that could never be verified as being his. On July 5, 1982, L.V. suffered a stroke while picking fruit and passed out. He was rushed to County Hospital in Phoenix, where he was treated for his condition. He passed away from an aneurysm on July 10, 1982.
