Lake Michigan Jane Doe was a woman whose decomposed body was found floating in Lake Michigan near New Buffalo in 1988.
She is estimated to have died in either 1987 or 1988. Not much is known about the decedent but police consider drowning to be a plausible scenario.
She is currently undergoing testing by the DNA Doe Project.
