Template:UIDGarfield County Jane Doe was a woman who was found deceased near Maidenwater Spring in Garfield County, Utah.
The victim’s had been covered with plastic bags, wrapped in duct tape, tied with a rope and placed inside a sleeping bag before being wrapped in carpet.
Over the last several years, investigators have considered serial killer Scott Kimball a possible suspect in the murder as several pieces of evidence found in this case are similar to the murders Kimball has been convicted of.
