The victim's body had been covered with plastic bags, wrapped in duct tape, tied with a rope and placed inside a sleeping bag before being wrapped in a rug.
Recently, investigators have considered serial killer Scott Kimball as a possible suspect in the murder because several pieces of evidence found in this case are similar to the murders Kimball has been convicted of.
