Linn County John Doe was a male whose remains were found in Linn County, Oregon on October 23, 2006. 32 men have been ruled out as the decedent.
Case
The victim's remains were discovered in a shallow grave by hunters in a wooded area near Big Springs Snow Park, close to Highway 22.
Isotype analysis done by Parabon Nanolabs suggested that the man might have been from Texas, Florida, Louisiana or Oklahoma. It was also found that he had traveled through warm and cold climates during the last two months of his life, possibly indicating he had an active warrant or lived a transient lifestyle.
