Little Dixie Doe is the nickname given to a premature newborn baby girl whose body was found with the umbilical cord attached in the "Big Bend" (northwestern part) of Florida.
She had suffered massive head trauma, possibly as a result of being thrown from a moving vehicle at a tree where her body was later found.
