Los Angeles John Doe was a subject killed in a dynamite explosion between the years of 1921 and 1951. The victim's head and upper body were destroyed.

As a result of poor record-keeping, the exact year of the explosion is not known. It is only known to have occurred in the 30 year period the crime scene photographer was licensed in the field.

His companion also remains unidentified.
