Maricopa County John Doe was a man discovered in Maricopa County, Arizona on July 4, 1997. He was identified per law enforcement in 2020.
Case
The victim was found alongside a roadway in Western Maricopa County about ten miles north of the I-10. He is believed to have been dead for four to five days from either a car accident or exposure. He is buried at the White Tanks Cemetery in Goodyear, Arizona as "John I. Doe".
Characteristics
- His facial and racial features suggest he is White/Hispanic, but he could also have been Indian, Pakistani, or Central Asian in origin.
- Black hair.
