Noah Brandon Davis was a young man whose remains were found in a rural area near the Battlefield Parkway in Catoosa County, Georgia, in 2019.

He was identified in late July 2021.

Case[]

Davis was last seen by his family on June 20, 2014, after dropping his mother off at a hospital. His truck was found and returned to his brother on August 7th of the same year, though the decedent wasn't reported missing by his family until a week later, with searches of several nearby counties including those in Tennessee being conducted in the following weeks. Davis was reported to have struggled with addiction previously, though it is not clear whether this previous addiction played a part in his disappearance.

On October 18, 2019, a set of remains were found near Battlefield Parkway under unspecified circumstances. These remains were immediately sent to the North Texas State University Anthropology Department for analysis and DNA extraction, though due to the COVID-19 pandemic that followed months after, the results were heavily delayed.

On June 9, 2021, NTSU returned confirmation to the Catoosa County Sherriff's Office that the remains belonged to Davis. His identification was not made public until July 27, 2021. At this time, authorities have not released any details as to how the decedent may have died or if they suspect foul play.
