- Visibly missing teeth and the few teeth remaining were cavity-ridden.
- A gray beard that was three inches long.
- He was circumcised.
- Billy appeared malnourished and had a very dirty appearance.
- His feet had an infection from frostbite.
- He was infested with lice.
