"Pops" was the nickname of a homeless man who was found deceased by another homeless individual under a bridge at Bloor and Parliament Streets. The same individual claimed that the decedent often slept under the bridge and referred to him as "Pops" and "Joe."

Characteristics

  • Brown and gray, wavy, short hair.
  • Brown eyes.
  • A beard and moustache that was graying and yellow.
  • Moderate osteoarthritis was in his neck.
  • No dental work.
    • Many of his teeth were missing.
    • Any remaining teeth were decayed.
  • An absent appendix.
  • A healed pelvis fracture.
  • Uncircumcised.
  • Undescended testicles.
  • A valgus deformity was on both of his large toes, causing them to turn towards the second toes.
  • Several different scars were on his body:
