"Pops" was the nickname of a homeless man who was found deceased by another homeless individual under a bridge at Bloor and Parliament Streets. The same individual claimed that the decedent often slept under the bridge and referred to him as "Pops" and "Joe."
Characteristics
- Brown and gray, wavy, short hair.
- Brown eyes.
- A beard and moustache that was graying and yellow.
- Moderate osteoarthritis was in his neck.
- No dental work.
- Many of his teeth were missing.
- Any remaining teeth were decayed.
- An absent appendix.
- A healed pelvis fracture.
- Uncircumcised.
- Undescended testicles.
- A valgus deformity was on both of his large toes, causing them to turn towards the second toes.
- Several different scars were on his body:
- A 1.5-centimeter scar was in his right knee pit.
- A 6-centimeter scar was on his right lower abdomen.
- A 16-centimeter scar was with suture marks on his right abdomen.

- A black and white striped sweater.
- A dark blue fleece sweater.
- A short-sleeved black shirt.
- Dark blue and white or black and white striped boxers.
- Checkered black and blue flannel pants.

- A beige jacket.
- Black nylon pants.
- Tan ankle shoes with tan shoelaces.
