Rafael Reyes-Aquero was the name of a man who was killed in a car accident. He was identified in late July or early August 2021, but his body went unclaimed.

Rafael Reyes was selling newspapers for the Houston Chronicle on a median along South Dairy Ashford in Houston. At approximately 4:15 PM, a man driving a white Chevrolet lost control of his vehicle and struck a white Saturn. The car continued forward and struck the decedent. The decedent was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital. None of the drivers were injured.
The decedent was known as Rafael Reyes, who was reportedly 70 years old when he died. He was positively identified in 2021.
