Richmond John Doe was a young male who's body was found in the area of North 31st and East Franklin streets by a group of cable workers in Richmond, Virginia.
His body was wrapped in plastic and a blanket and it appeared he had been dumped at the site. 46 men have been ruled out as the decedent.
