"Rudolfo" was a male discovered in Florida. He is believed to have used this name weeks before his death.

The victim was found stabbed to death in a grassy area near the Farmer's Market on New Market Road. An inquiry made into a labor camp near the area his body was found revealed that he may have been known to the camp's residents.

He had moved to the camp 2 weeks before his death, and said his name was "Rudolfo/Rudolpho". He had been living in a trailer park in Tara Park with two brothers, Francisco and Jose Via. The pair, along with 12 other men, had left Mexico and traveled to Dallas, Texas. The men had arrived in Immokalee on September 21, 1980.

According to Rudolfo, he had a two uncles in Texas, one in Dallas and one in Houston. The rest of Rudolfo's family apparently lived in Mexico.
