San Diego County John Doe was a male who was attacked in California in 1991. He died in hospital care days later.

Case

The decedent was found with a head injury in San Diego County on the morning of September 3, 1991. An approximately 2x3 wooden board is believed to have been used in his assault. He reportedly spoke Vietnamese, however, this information can no longer be confirmed. He was transported to what is now Scripps Mercy Hospital where he died on September 8.
