St. Charles County Jane Doe was a toddler found deceased in Alton Lake in Missouri on February 1, 1968.
The body of the child was found inside a cheap, black suitcase that was bound and weighed down with two ten pound barbells inside the suitcase and two more tied to the outside. The suitcase had been bound with blue clothesline. A fisherman had hooked the remains while on Lake Alton. She wore a pair of white underwear.
She was buried on February, 9th, 1968 in the Oak Grove Cemetery but was exhumed in 2015 to extract DNA from her body. Unfortunately, the DNA extracted was insufficient for profiling.
