Can rule out Paul Mercurio for Body 10 due to the timing. Gacy was already dumping bodies in a river in November of 1978.
Can rule out #4 for Body 13 since Body 13 was known to have issues with his teeth and you can see the MP's front two teeth in the picture given.
Can't definitely rule out #5 for Body 26 but it looks like he was killed in Arkansas by the drug dealer people.
