Tracy A. Pickett was a teenage girl who disappeared in 1992. She is believed to have been murdered, although her remains have never been found.

Case

Tracy was last seen attending a party hosted by her friend. Lowell Billy was ogling Tracy, asked her if she was wearing undergarments, and offered her a ride home so she could change her clothes. According to witnesses, Billy's van was equipped with a gun.

Neighbors within the vicinity Tracy disappeared in witnessed a girl running and screaming on the night Tracy disappeared. Billy is a convicted sex offender and has a criminal record including various offenses of violence towards women. While Billy is the prime suspect in Tracy's disappearance, he has never been charged due to a lack of evidence. A mining pit was partially drained in 2005 in an attempt to locate Tracy but to no avail. Tracy remains missing but is a suspected homicide victim.

In late October 2019, a local pond was searched by a dive team. As of November 1, nothing of value was recovered.
