Uintah County John Doe was a newborn whose mummified and partially burned remains were found in a city dump near a gravel pile in 1952 in Vernal, Utah. His body was wrapped in layers of heavy brown paper that was partially burned away, even though no recent burnings at the dump had occurred. He is now buried on March 13, 1952 at the Vernal Memorial Park in Vernal. Few details are available in his case.
